Agassi's Diary
The final

Andre Agassi has made it to the final, yet again. It is 1999. Roland-Garros is drawing to a close, but this time the champion from Las Vegas hopes the outcome will be different. The 1990 and 1991 finals saw him lose out on the trophy right at the very last moment, firstly to Andres Gomez and then to Jim Courier. The tension is through the roof and his opponent, Andriy Medvedev, seems to dominate the match.
However, something seems to click in the ninth game of the third set and the rest is history. Andre Agassi, together with Lavazza, looks back at that unforgettable match, while also giving a few predictions about the winner of this year’s event, the 116th edition of the world’s most famous and popular tournament on red clay.
